Ingredients


  • ground beef and  ground veal
  • day old bread cubed (1/2 cup cubed bread) and milk
  • parsley leaves, chopped
  • , minced
  • oregano
  • clove, minced
  • chopped onions
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • One medium onion, chopped
  • garlic, grated
  • tomato  paste
  • white wine or red wine
  • whole San Marzano tomatoes
  • A  oregano, thyme, rosemary bundle

The classic spaghetti with meatballs is simply timeless. This can be comfort food for yourself  and your guests.  Preparing spaghetti with meatballs for dinner will definitely show your loved ones how much you care. The welcoming aroma from the tomato, garlic, and herbs from the sauce will make anyone feel at home.

Many people simply pick up the in a jar from grocery stores for convenience, and I get it. With busy work schedules, we all need some easy, convenient options. During the weekdays, by all means. However, on weekends, gather with your family and make meatballs together. You know what they say, A family that makes meatballs together stays together…Who is “they”? Me, myself, and I! LOL!!! So grab a can of whole tomatoes and some ground meat and make your own spaghetti and meatballs.


Tips:

  1. I highly recommend San Marzano tomatoes for the sauce.
  2. Mix different kinds of meat for the meatballs.
  3. Cook with the wine you would like to drink!
